1. Lecturer

• MSc Nursing
• Experience: Desirable

2. Assistant Professor

• MSc Nursing in Community Health Nursing
• Desirable: PhD (N), M Phil (N)/Publications
• Experience: 3 years teaching experience after MSc Nursing in a collegiate program

3. Professor - INSER

• MSc Nursing
• Experience: Total 12 years experience with MSc (Nursing) out of which 10 years teaching experience after MSc (Nursing). PhD (Nursing) is desirable.

4. Junior System Analyst

• Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Sciences OR BTech/BE in Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA with at least 60% marks. The course should be a regular course from a reputed Institution approved by Government/University and AICTE.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in hardware/software development and data processing.

5. Staff Nurse

• General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with 3 years experience in a multi-specialty hospital with not less than 200 beds, preferably in Cancer treatment. OR
• BSc Nursing with two years experience in a multi-specialty hospital with not less than 200 beds, preferably in Cancer treatment. OR
• GNM/BSc Nursing with special training in Oncology for a period of one year/Post Basic Diploma in Oncology Nursing. Experience required for this category is one year in a dedicated Cancer Centre or a cancer wing of a multi-specialty Hospital of not less than 200 beds.
• Notes: 1) Training period/Oncology Nursing Internship (after qualification) in MCC/RCC/CCRC will be considered as requisite experience. 2) Kerala Nursing and Midwifery Council (KNMC) Registration. 3) Should have working knowledge in computer operations.

6. Occupational Therapist

• Bachelor in Occupational Therapy (BOT)*.
• Experience: 3 years experience** in the field from a Multi-specialty Hospital having not less than 200 bed facility.
• Should have working knowledge in computer operations.
• Notes: *If candidates with higher qualification apply, the experience required remains the same. The training period of higher qualification will not be considered. **Training period (after qualifying degree) in MCC/RCC/CCRC will be considered as experience.

7. Assistant Pharmacist

• D Pharm/B Pharm.
• Experience: Desirable; experienced candidates in the hospital sector will get preference.
• Registration: Registration Certificate issued by Kerala State Pharmacy Council.

8. Physiotherapist

• Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT) with 3 years experience in the field from a Multi-specialty Hospital having not less than 200 bed facility. OR
• Master in Physiotherapy (MPT) with 2 years of experience in the field from a Multi-specialty Hospital having not less than 200 bed facility.
• Should have working knowledge in computer operations.

9. Resident Staff Nurse

• Nursing / GNM / Post Basic Diploma in Oncology Nursing.
• Kerala Nursing and Midwives Council (KNMC) Registration.

10. Resident Pharmacist

• D Pharm / B Pharm.

• INSER Professor: 365 days initially, extendable up to a maximum of 5 years.
• MCC Contract Posts (Sl. No. 4 to 8, e.g., Staff Nurse, JSA, Therapists): 179 days initially, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years across a maximum of 6 tenures.
• Stipendiary Trainees: 1 year initially, extendable for a maximum period of 3 years with a break.
