- Experience: Minimum 2 Years Post Qualification experience in Accounting/Clerical jobs in a Reputed Institution
- Graduation in any Discipline
- MBA in full stream with specialization in Marketing
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in marketing of dairy/food products/FMCG products in a reputed firm

1. When and where is the walk-in interview being held?
- The interview is scheduled for May 13, 2026, at the Kollam Dairy Conference Hall. Junior Assistant candidates should report from 10:00 AM, while Marketing Organizer candidates should report starting at 12:00 PM.
- Junior Assistant: You must have a First Class B.Com degree completed through a regular course of study.
- Marketing Organizer: You must have a Graduation in any subject plus an MBA (Full-time) specialized in Marketing.
- Yes. Both roles require a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience. For Junior Assistants, this must be in Accounting or Clerical work. For Marketing Organizers, experience must be in marketing Dairy, Food, or FMCG products within a reputable firm.
- The general age limit is 18 to 40 years (as of January 1, 2026). However, there is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC and Ex-Servicemen.
There are strict restrictions:
- Junior Assistant: If you have worked for more than 2 years in any unit of the Union, you are not eligible.
- Marketing Organizer: If you have any prior experience working with the Union, you are not eligible to participate in this specific walk-in interview.
