Salary Details : Bank Of Baroda Recruitment 2026
- Duration: 12 months (1 year) of On-the-Job Training.
- Stipend: Rs.15,000 (Per Month). No other allowances or residential/transport accommodations will be provided.
- Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years (for General category).
Qualification : Bank Of Baroda Recruitment 2026
- Educational Qualification: Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent. For NATS-registered candidates, the graduation passing date must not be more than 4 years preceding the cut-off date (01.05.2026).
- Exclusions: Candidates who have previously undergone or are currently pursuing apprenticeship training, or those who have more than one year of job/training experience after graduation, are not eligible.
- SC / ST / PwBD Candidates : Rs.200 + GST.
- General / EWS / OBC (Male) : Rs.800 + GST.
- General / EWS / OBC (Female/Transgender) : Rs.600 + GST.
Selection Process : Bank Of Baroda Recruitment 2026
Online Examination: A remotely proctored test that can be taken via smart mobile, laptop, desktop, or tablet with a working camera/microphone.
Test of Local Language: Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the specified local language of the State/UT they applied for. (Exempted if the candidate has a 10th or 12th marksheet proving they studied the language)
- Structure: 100 questions (100 marks) across 4 sections: General/Financial Awareness (25), Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude (25), Computer Knowledge (25), and General English (25).
- Duration: 60 minutes.
- Negative Marking: No negative marks for incorrect answers.

- The last date for submitting the online application along with the application fee is June 8, 2026.
- No. Candidates are strictly permitted to apply for engagement as an apprentice in one State/UT only. You must also select up to three preferred training locations within that specific State/UT.
- No. This program is strictly an apprenticeship training opportunity. The apprentice holds no right to claim employment, and Bank of Baroda has no obligation to offer regular or contractual work after the 1-year training period ends.
- No, there is no negative marking for wrong answers in the objective-type online examination.
- The online exam will be remotely proctored. You do not need to go to a center; you can take the exam from any private location of your choice (like your home) using a smartphone, laptop, desktop, or tablet equipped with a working camera and microphone, alongside a stable internet connection.
- The general age limit is a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 28 years as of May 1, 2026. Age relaxation applies per Govt. rules: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and up to 10–15 years for PwBD candidates. However, NAPS-registered candidates must not be older than 34 years overall.
- No. For candidates registering via the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal, the date of passing graduation must not be more than 4 years preceding the cut-off date of May 1, 2026.
- Selected apprentices will receive a fixed stipend of ₹15,000 per month during the 1-year program. No other allowances, travel reimbursements, or housing facilities are provided.
- Candidates who produce a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet explicitly showing that they studied the specified local language of the applied State/UT are exempted from the language test. All other candidates must pass this test to be eligible for final selection.
The non-refundable fees (excluding GST) are:
- Rs.200 for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
- Rs.600 for General, EWS, and OBC (Female/Transgender) candidates.
- Rs.800 for General, EWS, and OBC (Male) candidates.
