Qualification : Kerala Museum Recruitment 2026
1. Project Trainee
- For Paper Records: Degree from a recognized university. A Post Graduate Diploma in Archival Studies, Archaeology, Museology, or Conservation is desirable.
- For Palm Leaf Records: MA in Manuscriptology. One year of experience in transliteration of Vattezhuthu, Kolezhuthu, Malayanma, or Tamil scripts is desirable.
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized university along with a Diploma in Archival Studies or Conservation. Must have a minimum of 5 years of conservation experience from a recognized institution OR 10 years of experience (Age limit is not applicable for 10-year experienced candidates).
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized university. A Diploma in Archival Studies or Conservation is desirable. (In the absence of PG candidates, a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry with a Diploma in Archival Studies/Conservation will be considered).
- Must have passed Class 12 (Plus Two).
- Must have passed KGTE Typewriting Lower English & Malayalam, and KGTE Computer Word Processing.
- Must have a DTP Certificate Course from a recognized institution.
- Work experience is desirable.
- Must have passed SSLC / equivalent. Must hold a Book Binding NCVT Certificate, Kerala Government Technical Examination (KGTE) in Book Binding (Lower), or MGTE (Lower).
- Must have passed Class 10 (SSLC). Note: Higher educational qualifications will not be considered for this post.
