- Grade/Points Conversion: For boards issuing grades or CGPA, the system converts points to percentage using a standard multiplication factor of 9.5 (e.g., Grade Point 10 × 9.5 = 95%).
If two or more candidates score identical percentages, selection is prioritized based on:
- Age: Older candidates get higher preference.
- Category & Gender Priority: Priority follows this order: ST Trans-woman > ST Female > SC Trans-woman > SC Female > OBC Trans-woman > OBC Female > EWS Trans-woman > EWS Female > UR Trans-woman > UR Female > ST Trans-male > ST Male > SC Trans-male > SC Male > OBC Trans-male > OBC Male > EWS Trans-male > EWS Male > UR Trans-male > UR Male.
- Shortlisted candidates receive notification via SMS/Email and must report to the designated Divisional/Unit Head within 15 days.
