- General : Born between 02/01/1986 and 01/01/2008 (both days inclusive).
- SC/ST : Born between 02/01/1981 and 01/01/2008.
- OBC : Born between 02/01/1983 and 01/01/2008.
- Ex-Servicemen / Ex-GREF / Disembodied Territorial Army : Service period plus up to 5 years of unemployment period can be excluded, maximum age 50.
- Disability Relaxations : Up to 15 years for "blind", "low vision", and "deaf and hard of hearing"; up to 10 years for other disability categories (maximum age limit 50).
- Widows : Up to 5 years relaxation (maximum age limit 50).

Method of Appointment: Special Recruitment for persons with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (Mild), Specific Learning Disability, Mental Illness (40% to 70%).
- Multiple disabilities involving combinations of: (a) Blindness and Low Vision, (b) Deaf and Hard of Hearing, (c) Locomotor Disability including Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured, Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victims (with minimum one functional arm), and (d) Autism Spectrum Disorder (Mild), Specific Learning Disability, Mental Illness (40% to 70%).
