1. Chief Engineer (Projects & Civil Works)
- B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification recognized by University of Kerala
- Experience: Retired Chief Engineers from PWD/CPWD, engaged in the design and construction of major buildings. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction of buildings
- B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification recognized by University of Kerala
- Experience: Having minimum Ten (10) years' experience as Assistant Engineer (Electrical) or equivalent from Government departments / Government projects or with an A Class Contractor license for Assistant Engineer (Electrical) or equivalent position
