• Basic Pay: Rs. 82,485/- in the scale of 82485-4050(14)-139185-4390(4)-156745.
• Total Emoluments: Approximately Rs. 1,14,000/- per month in Metropolitan Centres.

1. Finance (CA & CMA)

• Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / Cost and Management Accountant (ICAI, earlier ICWAI) OR Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

2. Legal

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a recognized University with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

3. Information Technology

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

4. Automobile Engineers

• B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Automobile Engineering OR B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in any branch of Engineering together with a Diploma (at least 1-year duration) in Automobile Engineering with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

5. Risk Engineers

• Engineering (Graduation/Post-graduation) in any discipline (excluding IT and Automobile) with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

6. Company Secretaries

Selection Process : NICL AO Recruitment 2026

The selection process involves three main stages:

Phase I - Preliminary Examination (Online): Objective test for 100 marks (English Language - 30 marks, Reasoning Ability - 35 marks, Quantitative Aptitude - 35 marks) with a total duration of 60 minutes (separately timed).

Phase II - Main Examination (Online): Consists of an Objective Test (250 marks) and a Descriptive Test (30 marks).
