Salary Details : POWERGRID Recruitment 2026
- During Training (1 Year): Placed in the pay scale of Rs.40,000/- to Rs.1,40,000/-. Paid Basic Pay of Rs. 40,000/- along with IDA, HRA, and Perks (12% of basic pay).
- Approximate CTC During Training: Rs. 11.00 Lakhs per annum.
- After Successful Completion of Training: Absorbed as Engineer in E2 scale (Rs.50,000/- to Rs.1,60,000/-).
- Approximate CTC After Training: Rs.22.50 Lakhs per annum (varies depending on location). Includes allowances, performance-related pay, company accommodation/HRA, PF, gratuity, pension, leave encashment, and medical facilities.

Qualification : POWERGRID Recruitment 2026
Essential Qualification: Full-Time B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) from a recognized University / Institute with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Electrical: Electrical / Electrical (Power) / Electrical and Electronics / Power Systems Engineering / Power Engineering (Electrical).

GATE Requirement: Must have appeared and qualified in the corresponding GATE 2026 paper (EE, CE, or CS). Only GATE 2026 normalized scores out of 100 are valid.
