PET & PST : SSC Constable GD Recruitment 2021

Candidate who will be participating in PET and PST need to qualify examination in order to appear for Medical Examination as well as Document verification. If you fail so, you will not get selected for the further selection procedure. The examination is held as per aforesaid selection process. So kindly prepare very well for each stage according to syllabus and exam pattern described here.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
  • Male Candidates 5 Kms in 24 minutes
  • Female Candidates 1.6 Kms in 8 ½ minutes
Note:
  • Pregnancy at the time of PET will be considered a disqualification and pregnant female candidates shall be rejected at this stage.
  • The Ex-servicemen who will be shortlisted in Computer Based Examination will have to appear in PET/PST stage for recording measurement of height, chest and weight only. PET will not be held for these Ex-servicemen candidates. Further, they will have to qualify medical Examination (DME).

  • General, SC & OBC candidates (except those mentioned below) : 170 (Male )157 (Femail)
  • SC : 162.5 (Male ) 150 (Femail)
  • ST : 160 (Male ) 147.5 (Femail)
