- Conditions of experience and age limit may be relaxed in the case of exceptionally qualified candidates . Those who are familiar with the Government procedure , Designing of Multi – Storyed buildings , experience in Auto Cad , Excel Software , Project Management Software , preparation of estimate using PRICE Software , recording in Measurement Book / e – Measurement book , e – tendering , preparing bills , Supervision of PMC related works etc will be preferred and given weightage in selection . ( Applicable to Assistant Executive / Executive Engineer applicants only )
- Candidates should write and speak fluently in English and Malayalam .
- Candidates shall be willing to attend the interview at Thiruvananthapuram , if it is conducted physically or at any of the Video Conference locations specified by the Government with in Kerala , if it is conducted over VC mode .
- Candidates applying for deputation shall apply through proper channel however they can submit an application as advance copy wherever delay is anticipated and they shall submit NOC at the time of interview , failing which the candidature shall not be considered .
- No TA / DA shall be paid for attending the interview .
- Candidates shall be willing to be posted any where in Kerala and willing to travel extensively through the State and outside .

- Not less than five (5) years working experience in any leading public sector government bus transport organization in the post of conductor. Copy of subscription to Motor Vehicle Workers Welfare Fund or copies of work experience certificates available from government institutions should be produced to prove work experience.

- Applicants for the post of driver must pass the driving test conducted by the Selection Committee on district basis. The provisions in this regard, which may be amended from time to time by the Management in accordance with public interest, are contained as Annexure (1). Eligible candidates who are willing to perform work on daily wages under the conditions described in the Annexure should submit applications to the concerned District Transport Officer / Assistant Transport Officer in the format as per Annexure (2).
