1. Business Development Executive
Application Fee : KSIDC Recruitment 2022
- Degree with MBA from recognized University /Institute. However, preference will be given to candidates who have taken MBA from reputed institution.
- Exp: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Marketing, Sales promotion, business development activities, coordination with social media/other agencies for promotion of business etc.
- First class Degree with First Class MBA from reputed institution
- Exp: Candidates should have 5 to 8 years’ experience in infrastructure sector of which at least 3 years’ experience should be in project coordination, coordinating with Government agencies consultants, entrepreneurs for project planning development and project implementation.
- B. Tech Computer Science/IT + Desirable: MBA from reputed institution.
- Exp: At least 10+ years post qualification experience in IT. Out of overall experience the candidate should have at least 5 years of IT Experience in Banking/ NBFC Sector in top managerial role; Exposure to all sub-domains of IT and hands on experience of handling large scale IT projects. Details of at least 3 projects implemented should be attached.
- Degree in Journalism / Public Relations/Mass Communication or any Degree plus Diploma in Journalism / Public Relations/Mass Communication from reputed institution
- Exp: 2 years minimum experience in print or digital media in developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, poster & video creation in social media, advertising campaign etc. The candidate should be conversant in both English and Malayalam
- Bachelor of Fine Arts or Graphic Arts with Diploma in Animation and software knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Corel Draw from reputed institution
- Exp: 2 years’ experience as Graphic designer
- First class degree in Engineering in any discipline plus Firstclass MBA from reputed institution (The requirement of first class at the graduation level is relaxed for ST/ SC candidates). Candidate should have excellent communication skills
- Exp: Candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in Project Appraisal, Investment Promotion, Business Development, Civil Construction and related Engineering field.

- The applications will be subjected to a scrutiny based on the details provided by the candidate, and a list of candidates eligible for the test will be prepared. A shortlist of the candidates who qualify the test will be prepared, and those candidates will have to appear for a group discussion and an interview. The appointment of candidates will be based on the combined score for test, group discussion and interview subject to the fulfillment of other eligibility criteria, as per the norms of KSIDC/CMD.
- If sufficient no. of candidates representing ST category clearing eligibility criteria are not received, then applications received from Open Category will be considered on merit basis. It shall be noted that admittance to various stages of the recruitment will be provisional only, and will not confer any claim unless various other conditions of selection are satisfied as the prevailing rules of the organization. Detailed scrutiny of the applications/credentials will be conducted before interview/appointment. Any discrepancy found during the detailed scrutiny will result in the rejection of candidature.
- KSIDC/CMD reserves the right to shortlist only a limit of candidates for test/group discussion/interview, as the case may be for the post, based on marks secured in their academic qualification, experience, etc. Candidate should clearly mention the marks scored in their academic qualification in the application. The conversion of grade/CGPA to percentage would be based on the procedure certified by the University from where they have obtained the degree. The onus of proving the conversion from grade/CGPA to percentage of marks would rest with the candidate.
