Terms Of Engagement : Kerala FCRI Recruitment 2023
- The selected personnel will be engaged for a fixed term of ONE YEAR and his/her performance will be evaluated periodically. ONLY Candidates willing to work for a minimum period of ONE YEAR shall apply.
- Selected personnel will be paid a consolidated pay as Notified.
- Only personnel who are willing to attend to duties on any shift shall apply.
- Candidates shall have good health and fitness.
- Personnel shall be required to assist with on-site assignments, other duties and functions as may be assigned by his/her reporting officer.
- The performance of selected candidate will be assessed periodically. In case the performance is found not satisfactory, the tenure shall be terminated with immediate effect.
- The term of engagement is for ONE YEAR Only. Management reserves right to terminate the contract at any point of time with a Notice period of 1 month except in case of disciplinary actions for misconducts where Contract will be terminated at short notice.
- Persons engaged on Contract at FCRI shall not have any claims for future employment. The contract does not guarantee any privilege or preferential rights for future employment at FCRI.
- Candidates are advised to periodically check the FCRI website for updates.

- FCRI reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any time, without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
- Canvassing in any Form shall invite disqualification of the candidature.
