1. General Manager
- B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering
- A minimum of 18 years of experience in various levels of management, of which 5 years in a similar senior managerial position in the cement industry
- MSc degree in Chemistry
- 13 years of experience, including 5 years in a senior capacity, in charge of quality control on a large scale in the cement industry
- B Tech / BE Degree in Mining and First Class Mines Manager's Eligibility Certificate
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in mechanized open cast mines
- B.Tech/BE Degree in Mining, 2nd Class Mines Manager's Competency Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years experience in mechanized open cast mines.
- Master's Degree in Geology.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in related field
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Chemistry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical and physical analysis of minerals like limestone, bauxite, etc., preferably in a reputed institute or laboratory.
