1. Senior Manager
- B.Tech./BE in Mechanical Engineering (Regular).
- Experience: Should have knowledge in latest manufacturing methods. Minimum 20 yrs experience out of which 5 years to be in Managerial level in Manufacturing industry with not less than Rs.50 Crore turn over. Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Methodology. Hands on experience in running Shop floor.
- B.Tech./BE (Regular) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Should have experience in CNC Precision Machine Shop, Fixtures & tool design, programming & modelling softwares. The incumbent must have minimum 12 years experience out of which 3 years to be in Managerial level of Manufacturing Industry with minimum of Rs.30 Crore turn over.
- MBA (HRM)/ MHRM (Regular).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience out of which 3 years to be in Managerial level in an organisation preferably in a PSU with not less than Rs.30 Crore turn over.
- B.Tech/BE (Regular) in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 3 years experience in Managerial/Supervisory level in machine shop with CNC machine operation.
- CA/CMA/ICWAI. A Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India/ MBA (Finance) - Regular.
- Experience: 3 years experience in Finance Department of an Organisation in Assistant Manager level.
- B.Tech./BE in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% of marks.
- Experience: Working knowledge in Heavy machineries, CNC equipments, CAD/ Programming/ Modelling/ Jig and Fixture & Designing activities.
- 3 Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Regular/Lateral Entry) from Government recognised Polytechnic approved by AICTE.
- Experience: Working knowledge in Heavy machineries, EOT Cranes and CNC related equipments.
- 3 Year Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Regular/Lateral Entry) from Government recognised Polytechnic approved by AICTE.
- Experience: Working knowledge in Heavy electrical equipments, Furnaces and Substation activities and CNC machinery.
- 3 Year Diploma in Information Technology/Communication & Computer Networking/Computer Application & Business Management/Computer Engineering/Computer Hardware Engineering(Regular/Lateral Entry) from Govt. recognised Polytechnic approved by AICTE.
- Experience: Hands on experience in Hardware and Networking and understanding of the Technology infrastructure including Hardware and Software. For configuring routers, switches and fire walls. Setting up of LANS and proficiency in running ERP.
- SSLC Passed, National Trade Certificate in Fitter (ITI) recognised by NCVT and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by Competent Authority in the relevant Trade under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- Experience: Completion of Apprenticeship Training (NAC) in the relevant Trade under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- SSLC Passed, National Trade Certificate in Machinist (ITI) recognised by NCVT and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by Competent Authority in the relevant Trade under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- Experience: Completion of Apprenticeship training (NAC) in the relevant Trade under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- SSLC Passed, National Trade Certificate in Electrician (ITI) recognised by NCVT and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by Competent Authority in the relevant Trade under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

13. Skilled Worker Welder
- SSLC Passed, National Trade Certificate in Welder (ITI) recognised by NCVT and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by Competent Authority in the relevant Trade under the Apprentices Act, 1961
- Experience: Completion of Apprenticeship training (NAC) in the relevant Trade under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- SSLC Passed, National Trade Certificate in Draughtsman - Mechanical (ITI) recognised by NCVT and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by Competent Authority in the relevant Trade under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- Experience: Completion of Apprenticeship Training (NAC) in the relevant Trade under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
