Salary Details : ODEPC Recruitment 2024

Pipe fitters: Grade 1 for workshop

• 5+years experience in oil and gas or shipyard. Overseas experience preferable. 
• Salary : 750 USD per month plus overtime (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

Pipe fitters Grade 2

• Minimum 3 years of experience in oil and gas or shipyard. Overseas experience preferable.
• Salary 650 USD per month plus overtime. (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

Foreman – Pipe fitter

• Minimum 5 years experience. Should be able to speak English. Overseas experience preferable.
• Salary 950 USD plus overtime. (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

Foreman – Pipe welding

• Minimum 5 years experience. Should be able to speak English. Overseas experience preferable.
• Salary 950 USD plus overtime. (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

Cable pullers

• Minimum 2 years experience is shipyard is must.
• Salary 600 USD per month plus overtime. (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

Foreman – Cable pulling

• Minimum 3 years shipyard experience is must
• Salary 700 USD plus overtime. (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

Cable termination Electrician

• Minimum 5 years in oil and gas or shipyard. Overseas experience preferable
• Salary 700 USD plus overtime. (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

Age Limit : ODEPC Recruitment 2024

• The age limit will be followed as per Rules.

Qualifications : ODEPC Recruitment 2024

• Candidates must have an ITI/Diploma certificate in a relevant field and have experience as a minimum of 3 years in the field of Shipbuilding/Offshore or Oil and gas industry. Priority will be given to workers with overseas/abroad experience.

General Terms and Conditions : ODEPC Recruitment 2024

• Working Hours: Mondays to Saturdays: 08:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs. (12:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs lunch break)
• All workers will be directly employed by the shipyard and will be provided with standard accommodation, food, and transportation to and from the shipyard, free of charge.
• They are also entitled for 30 days paid leave (basic salary) per year and One (1) round trip flight ticket per year.
• Insurance for all workers will be provided.
• Work permits will be provided by shipyard.
• From each worker, half of the basic salary for first Two (2) months will be withheld by shipyard and the total amount withheld to be paid to the worker when he/she successfully completes 1 year.
• Salary will be paid in Local currency (Turkish Lira) corresponding to the USD – TL rate on the salary date.
