- Nurses : The age limit will be followed as per Rules.
Qualification : ODEPC Recruitment 2024
- Holds Bachelor of Nursing; and Be registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Must hold any of the following English language certification.
- – IELTS (academic module) with a minimum overall score of 7 and a minimum score of 7 in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking).
- – OET with a minimum score of B in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking)
- – PTE Academic with a minimum overall score of 65 and a minimum score of 65 in each of
- the four communicative skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking).
- – TOEFL iBT with a minimum total score of 94 and the following minimum score in
- each section of the test: 24 for listening, 24 for reading, 27 for writing, and 23 for speaking.
- Experience: Post registration experience in Aged Care is essential
- Possesses sound communication skills and high-level interpersonal skills; and Possesses well-developed time management skills.
- Excellent pay: annual salary of between AU$75,000 to AU$90,000 a year (US$50,000 to US$60,000)
- Generous extra pay rates for overtime, weekend and public holiday work, worth up to 80% on top of ordinary salary
- 4 weeks of annual leave per year
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers

- Reimbursement of AHPRA cost: valued at AU$4,000

- Access to Union membership
- RNs with AHPRA will be initially sponsored under a 482 or 494 visa with the opportunity to attain permanent residency via a 186 or 191 sponsor visa. The contract offered is Permanent Full time. The duration of the contract depends on the visa (482 visa: 2 years; 494 visa: 5 years)
- RNs without AHPRA will be initially sponsored under a 407 visa for 12 months period and move to a 482/494 visa once AHPRA is obtained.
