- Assistant Sub Inspector (Pharmicist) : 21 to 28 Years ( Candidates not born before 29th July 1994 and after 28th July 2004)
- Head Constable (Midwife) : 18 to 25 Years Old( Candidates not born before 29th July 1994 and after 28th July 2006)
1. Sub Inspector (Staff Nurse)
- (i) Must have passed 10+2 from a recognized.
- (ii) Having passed examination in General Nursing and Mid Wifery.
- (iii) Registered with Central Nursing Council or State Nursing Counsil
- i) Pass in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination with physics, chemistry and biology as subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- ii) Diploma in Pharmacy from any Central/State Government institution or any institution recognized by Central/State Government.
- iii) Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948
- i) Passed 10th examination from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- ii) Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery Course from a recognized institution.
- iii) Registered in Nursing Council of Central Government or State Government
- Male Candidates ( Sub Inspector) : 200/-
- Male Candidates ( Assistant Sub Inspector) : 100/-
- Female, Scheduled Tribes, Ex- Servicemen : Exempted
