- 19-31, Candidates born between 02.01.1993 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

- Must have passed the Plus Two Examination or its equivalent
Physical Efficiency Test : Kerala Civil Excise Officer Recruitment 2025
Candidate must be physically fit in all respects and must qualify in any 5 events out of 8 items specified below of the national physical efficiency one star standard test with minimum standard noted against each.
(i) Must be certified by a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon/Junior consultant as to her physical fitness and capacity for active outdoor work. The Medical Certificate has to be produced as and when called for.
- 100 Meters Run : 14 Seconds
- High Jump : 132.20 cm
- Long Jump : 457.20 cm
- Putting the Shot (7264 gm) : 609.60 cm
- Throwing the Cricket Ball : 6096 cm
- Rope Climbing (Hands Only) : 365.80 cm
- Pull Ups / Chinning : 8 times
- 1500 Meters Run : 5 minutes 44 seconds
(i) Must be certified by a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon/Junior consultant as to her physical fitness and capacity for active outdoor work. The Medical Certificate has to be produced as and when called for.
(ii) Must be certified to possess the visual standards specified below without glasses
- (a) Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen (Right & Left Eye)
- (b) Near Vision 0.5 Snellen (Right & Left Eye)
(iv) Medical Certificate from a Medical Officer in government service not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon/Junior Consultant should be produced at the time of Physical Efficiency Test/Endurance Test and should be uploaded in their profile at the time of Certificate Verification.

- The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. Candidates who create new profile should upload photograph taken within 6 months. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs.No application fee is required.
