Qualification : KSIDC Recruitment 2025
1. Chief Financial Officer
- CA/CMA Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI)
- Experience: 20 years of postqualification experience, out of which at least 5 years should be in NBFCs/Banks/Fi nancial Institutions (RBI regulated entities)
- Degree with MBA from recognized University/ Institute. However, preference will be given to candidates who have taken MBA from reputed institution
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Marketing, Sales promotion, business development activities, investment promotion & facilitation networking/ coordination with other agencies for promotion of business etc.
- B.Tech Computer Science/IT OR MCA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in software application support in Government/Private Sector
- Degree with MBA (Finance)/ CA/CMA from a recognized university/institu tion.
- Desirable: Certification in financial modeling, investment analysis, or Equity Research, NSE Certified Market Professional (NISM)/ Chartered Market Technician (CMT)/ Financial Risk Management (FRM) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in investment analysis, financial modelling, equity/debt market research, project appraisal, Share/equity analysis /Portfolio management Valuation of listed/unlisted companies, Investment due diligence or related field Experience in SEBIregistered intermediaries, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Investment Advisory Firms, NBFC, Banks, or Financial Institutions will be preferred
- B.Tech Computer Science/IT/ Electronics and Communication Engineering: Desirable: MBA from reputed institution.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in IT. Out of overall experience the candidate should have 2+ years of IT Experience preferably in Banking/ NBFC Sector/Government Sector; Expertise in IT Infrastructure Security System; Experience in preparing IT policy and ensuring compliance with IT Security policy; Preparation of Network and Security Gap Analysis; Exposure to all sub-domains of IT and hands on experience of handling large scale IT projects. Details of projects implemented should be attached. Experience in Implementation of Core Banking/Core Financial service software desirable.
