Salary Details : RBI Recruitment 2025

1. For Grade 'A' Officers

• Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ₹62,500/-p.m. in the pay scale of ₹62500 – 3600 (4) – 76900 - 4050 (7) – 105250 - EB - 4050 (4) - 121450 – 4650 (1) - 126100 (17 years) applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’.
• They will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Grade Allowance, Learning Allowance, Special Allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time.
• At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately ₹1,22,692/- (DA being ₹19404/- at 19.97%), which do not include the amount of HRA.
• House Rent Allowance of 15% of pay will be paid to these Officers additionally if they are not staying in Bank’s accommodation.

2. For Grade 'B' Officers

• Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ₹78,450/- p.m. in the pay scale of ₹78450 - 4050 (9) - 114900 - EB – 4050 (2) - 123000 - 4650 (4) - 141600 (16 years) applicable to Officers in Grade ‘B’.
• They will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowance, Special Grade Allowance, Learning Allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time.
• At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately ₹1,49,006/- (DA being ₹23545/- at 19.97%), which do not include the amount of HRA.
• House Rent Allowance of 15% of pay will be paid to these Officers additionally if they are not staying in Bank’s accommodation.

Age Limit : RBI Recruitment 2025

• Legal Officer (Grade B) : 21 to 32 years (relaxation: 3 yrs for LLM, 5 yrs for PhD in Law)
• Manager (Technical – Civil/Electrical) : 21 to 35 years
• Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) : 21 to 30 years (32 years for PhD holders)
• Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) : 25 to 40 years

Qualification : RBI Recruitment 2025

1. Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any University / College/ Institution recognized by UGC and the Bar Council of India with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years. For SC/ST and PwBD candidate minimum required marks shall be 45% in Bachelor’s degree in Law in the aggregate of all semesters/years, against vacancies reserved for such candidates.

2. Manager (Technical-Civil) in Grade ‘B’

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST, if vacancies are reserved for them) or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years. Aggregate Grade Point or percentage of marks where awarded would mean aggregate over the entire duration of the course.

3. Manager (Technical-Electrical) in Grade ‘B’

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST, if vacancies are reserved for them) or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/ years. Aggregate Grade Point or percentage of marks where awarded would mean aggregate over the entire duration of the course.

4. Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade ‘A’

• (i) Second Class Master's Degree in Hindi/ Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the bachelor’s degree level; OR
• (ii) Second Class Master's Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the bachelor’s degree level along with Post graduation diploma in translation; OR
• (iii) Second Class Master's Degree in Sanskrit / Economics / Commerce with English and Hindi as subjects at the bachelor’s degree level along with Post graduation diploma in translation. (In lieu of a subject of Hindi at bachelor’s degree level, one may have recognized Hindi qualification equivalent to a bachelor’s degree); OR
• (iv) Master's Degree in both English and Hindi/ Hindi Translation, of which one must be Second Class.

5. Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) in Grade ‘A’

• The candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of ten years (five years in case of PwBD candidates) of Commissioned Service in the regular Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card.

• For GEN / OBC / EWS Candidates : Rs. 600/- + 18% GST Application fee including intimation charges
