A. Free Recruitment of Nurses to Belgium (Project "Aurora-2026")
Job Description
ODEPC invites applications from NURSES to join the 6th batch of our Belgium project "Aurora-2026". The details of program including the salary structure can be seen in the link below
Qualification
- Certified BSC (preferred) or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- IELTS overall 6.0 (preferably 7.0) / OET overall C+ Grade (preferably B)
- If candidates have children, the youngest child should at least be 3 years old at the start of the Dutch training.
- Age limit: 35 years
- Vacancy Details : 20 Posts
- Salary and other details are explained in the link shown above.
- vzw Chinta/Project Aurora will give free Dutch language training for 6 months (July - December), and successful candidates can travel to Belgium in January 2027.
- Monthly stipend of Rs.15,000 will be provided to the candidates during Dutch language training.
- Accommodation is free during the training. Monthly expense for food need to be paid by the candidate.
- A security deposit of Rs.30000/- will be collected from the candidates before commencing Dutch language training, which will be refunded to the candididates before their travel to Belgium
- Visa and air ticket will be paid by the employer.
- The candidate have to complete a one-year course in Belgium, during which they can work and will be treated as nursing assistant.

B. Free Recruitment of Assistant Nurse to UAE (Homecare)
Qualification
- Qualifications: GNM with MOH/DHA License as Assistant Nurse, candidates with dataflow or on-going dataflow are accepted.
- Experience: 1 year and above in Hospital/ Clinic/ Homecare
- Height & Weight: Should be 5’, BMI Calculation
- Age: 20-40 years old
- Gender: Female Only
- Able to communicate in English well
- Vacancy Details : 50 Posts
- Skilled in managing: Tracheostomy care, Catheter care, Bedsore prevention/treatment.
- Knowledge of enteral feeding via NGT or PEG
- Strong communication, observation, and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a homecare environment.
- Working Hours: 15 days*24 hours (360 hours) in a month
- Overtime: Eligible for overtime pay if more than 15 days*24 hours (360 hours) duty.
- Salary: AED 3,500/- Per Month
- Employment Visa/Contract: Provided by the Company (24 months/ 2 years)
- Accommodation: Accommodation is rent free
- Occupants will pay for the utility bills or the SEWA and Internet (Approximately AED 100 – AED 150 per month depending on the usage and the number of occupants sharing the apartment)
- Transportation: Provided by the company (pick up & drop-off point)
- Medical Insurance: In-house GP Consultation (FOC-Free of Charge within 1st contract), Lab Investigations & Procurement (IV Injection) cost price, Free Medical Insurance (Basic Plan)
