Qualification : Kudumbashree Recruitment 2026
- MVSc Graduate in Livestock Products Technology. Minimum 1-year experience in Industrial Poultry Processing/Abattoir Management is desirable.
- BVSc Graduate with a minimum of 2-year experience in Industrial Poultry Processing/Abattoir Management.
- Strong technical knowledge of poultry processing operations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP) and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for production efficiency and cost control.
- Ability to manage manpower, shifts, productivity, and discipline.
- Coordination with quality, maintenance, accounts, and logistics teams.
- Knowledge of plant machinery, refrigeration, cold storage, and utilities.
- Understanding of production planning, yield control, wastage reduction, and MIS reporting.
