Qualification : Kerala Financial Corporation Recruitment 2026

1. Business Development Officer

• Graduate from a recognized university with one-year of experience in Marketing. Preference will be given to Engineering Graduates/MBA holders/ experience in Marketing of Financial Products/experience as Enterprise Development Executive/ Business Development Service Provider with the Industries Department.

2. Office Executive

• Graduate with typing proficiency and one year of experience. Should have passed KGTE Typewriting English and Computer Word Processing Higher. The Corporation reserves the right to screen and modify the qualification/ experience based on the number of applications received.

3. Credit Officer

• Graduate with a minimum of three years of post qualification experience in credit appraisal in Bank/Fis.
• Those who worked with a Bank/ NBFC/ FI will be given preference. Should have good drafting skills and knowledge in Project Report preparation.
• The Corporation reserves the right to screen and modify the qualification/ experience based on the number of applications received.

4. Accounts Executive

• Pass in Intermediate examination of CA/ CMA with minimum two years post-qualification experience in the GST Filing, TDS Return, TDS on salary, other income tax matters, processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, preparation of various Finance & Accounts reports, Secretarial works, etc.
• The Corporation reserves the right to screen and modify the qualification/ experience based on the number of applications received.

5. Technical Advisor

• Passed BE/ B Tech Civil/Mechanical from a recognized University in India with first class
• Post Qualification Experience: Five years post qualification experience (excluding teaching experience) in the technical field. Those who worked with a Bank/ NBFC/ FI will be given preference. Should have good drafting skills and knowledge in Project Report preparation.

6. Manager (General)

• Graduate (regular full time course) with CAIIB OR
• BE/ B.Tech with CAIIB/MBA (regular full time course) from reputed Institutions. OR LLB with CAIIB/MBA (regular full time course) from reputed Institutions. OR
• Associate/Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India viz ACA/FCA. OR
• Associate/ Fellow member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountancy of India viz ACMA/FCMA. OR
• Member of Institute of Company secretaries of India (ICSI) viz Company Secretary (ACS)
• Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience, of which 2 years shall be in Banks/ FIs in the Officer cadre. Work experience is not required for SC/ST candidates and they must acquire the requisite work experience after selection

7. Deputy Manager (General)

• Graduate with JAIIB OR BE/ B.Tech with JAIIB OR BE/ B.Tech with MBA OR LLB with JAIIB OR LLB with MBA OR Associate/ Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India viz ACA/ FCA OR Associate/ Fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountancy of India viz CMA OR Member of Institute of Company secretaries of India (ICSI) viz Company Secretary (ACS)
