Salary Details : NIACL Recruitment 2026
- Monthly Amount: Rs.12,300/- Per Month.
- Payment Timeline: The stipend for a particular month will be paid by the tenth day of the following month.
- No Additional Benefits: No other remuneration or benefit (monetary or non-monetary) will accrue or be payable apart from the monthly stipend. Apprentices are not treated as employees and are not entitled to statutory contributions or benefits (such as Provident Fund, Staff Mediclaim, etc.) from the Company.
- Absence Deductions: No deductions will be made for approved leave (1 day credited per month). For any other unapproved absence, a pro-rata deduction will be made from the stipend.
- Refund Policy: If an apprentice dropouts or absconds during a month, he/she will be liable to refund the stipend paid by the Company during that month.
Age Limit : NIACL Recruitment 2026
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.06.1996 and not later than 01.06.2005 (both days inclusive)
- SC/ST : By 05 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) : By 03 years
- PwBD : By 10 years
- Widows, divorced women, legally separated women (unremarried) : Up to 35 years for General/EWS, 38 years for OBC, and 40 years for SC/ST.
Qualification : NIACL Recruitment 2026
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications recognized as such by the Central Government. A candidate must have completed graduation and have passing final year of graduation mark sheet dated between 01.01.2022 and 01.06.2026 both dates being inclusive. (Candidate passing graduation prior to 01.01.2022 and after 01.06.2026 will not be considered).
