1. Pay Scales & Gross Emoluments
Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade ‘D’

- Approximate Gross Salary: Rs.2,04,000/- Per Month (calculated for metro cities).
- Official Pay Scale: Rs.85920 - 2680(5) - 99320 - 2980(2) - 105280 (8 years)
- Approximate Gross Salary: ₹1,69,000/- per month (calculated for metro cities).
- Official Pay Scale: Rs.6,48,20 - 2340(1) - 67160 - 2680(10) - 93960 (12 years)

2. Additional Allowances and Benefits
In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates are eligible for various monetary perks and social security benefits according to the Bank's rules:
- Perquisites & Allowances: Standard allowances and benefits applicable to the respective grades prevalent at the time of joining.
- Performance Linked Variable Pay: Eligible for variable bonuses determined by the Bank's performance-linked policies.

1. Audit - Information System (IS)
Grade C - Assistant General Manager (AGM)
- Educational Qualification: * B.Tech / B.E. in Information Technology (IT) / Electronics & Communications / Software Engineering / Electrical / Electronics & Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science / Digital Banking; OR
- BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) ; OR
- M.Sc. (IT / Computer Science) / MCA or equivalent; OR
- M.Tech / M.E. in Information Technology (IT) / Electrical / Electronics & Communications / Electronics & Electrical / Electronics / Software Engineering / Digital Banking / Computer Science; OR
- Science Graduates possessing a valid Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications/Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, DISA (from ICAI), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, or GIAC.
- Experience: * Minimum 7 years of experience as an officer or equivalent in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) / IT / Information Security consultancy.
- Out of the total experience, at least 4 years must be specifically in the functional areas of IS Audit, Cyber Security Audit, or Information Security Consultancy.
- Educational Qualification: * Same degree pathways as specified for Grade C above (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc./M.Sc./MCA/M.E./M.Tech in the designated engineering/technical lines, or Science Graduates with CISA).
- Preferred Qualifications/Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, DISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, or GIAC.
- Experience: * Minimum 4 years of experience as an officer or equivalent in BFSI / IT / Information Security consultancy.
- Out of this, at least 2 years must be in the functional areas of IS Audit, Cyber Security Audit, or Information Security Consultancy.
Grade D - Deputy General Manager (DGM)
- Educational Qualification: * B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics; OR
- Dual specialization where one of the specializations is Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: * Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer or equivalent in the BFSI sector and/or Large Corporates from the Infrastructure sector / PSU.
- Out of this, at least 7 years must involve handling Civil/Electrical/various engineering activities, including tendering processes, office/quarters maintenance, and setting up new branches/offices.
- Educational Qualification: * B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics; OR
- Dual specialization containing Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: * Minimum 4 years of experience as an officer or equivalent in the BFSI sector and/or Large Corporates from the Infrastructure sector / PSU.

- Experience: * Minimum 4 years of total experience.
- At least 2 years of this experience must be as a Law Officer in BFSI / ARC / Government entities / Regulatory bodies; OR
- As a practicing Advocate with at least 2 years of experience serving as a Law Officer within BFSI / ARC / Government entities / Regulatory bodies.
Grade B - Manager
- Educational Qualification: * Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Experience: * Minimum 4 years of experience in Commissioned Service., Must have served at a rank not below Captain in the Indian Army (or equivalent rank in the Indian Navy / Air Force); OR Assistant Superintendent / Deputy Superintendent / Assistant Commandant / Deputy Commandant in Indian Police / Paramilitary Forces.
- Preference: Preference is given to candidates with relevant Security Officer experience within the BFSI sector.
