- Executive Trainee (Environment) : 1-year training with a consolidated monthly stipend of ₹50,000/-. Upon successful completion, candidates will be appointed as Assistant Manager (E-1 Grade) in the scale of Rs.40,000 – 3% – Rs.1,40,000 with total monthly emoluments of Rs.83,640/- (Approx. Annual CTC: Rs.15 Lakhs).

1. Manager (Environment)
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc Degree from a recognized university in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science & Technology, Environmental Engineering & Management, or Climate Science.
- Essential Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification managerial, consultant, or advisor experience in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) / Sustainability and Environmental Management.
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Marine Engineering / Naval Architecture Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. Desirable: PG Degree/Diploma in Business Administration with Marketing/Shipping & Port Management specialization.
- Essential Experience: Ex-Indian Navy personnel (not below Lieutenant Commander) / Ex-Indian Coast Guard personnel (not below Deputy Commandant) with a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in Indian Navy/Coast Guard/Ship Building/Ship Repair/Engineering Company in relevant installation, maintenance, repairs, trials, or commissioning of naval systems.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc Degree from a recognized university in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science & Technology, Environmental Engineering & Management, or Climate Science.
