1. Scientist/Engineer 'SC' (Electronics)
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10
- Rs.250/- non-refundable. All candidates initially pay Rs.750/- processing fee; candidates attending the written test receive a refund (Full refund for Women, SC/ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen; ₹500/- refund for others).

- Written Test / CBT: 100 marks total (Part A: 80 MCQs discipline-specific, +1 for correct, -1/3 for wrong; Part B: 15 MCQs aptitude/reasoning, 20 marks, no negative marking).

1. What is the age limit for ISRO Scientist/Engineer 'SC' recruitment?
- The upper age limit is 28 years as of 16-09-2026 (relaxable for government employees, Ex-servicemen, and PwBD).
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in the respective discipline with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks or a CGPA of 6.84/10.
- Graduation must be completed within the stipulated duration. If only CGPA is issued, CGPA conversion to percentage is not permitted to determine eligibility.
- Applications are accepted online only at www.isro.gov.in from 27-08-2026 to 16-09-2026.
- The application fee is ₹250/-. Candidates pay ₹750/- upfront, and ₹500/- (or full ₹750/- for exempted categories) is refunded upon appearing for the written test.
