• Technical Assistant - Pay Level 7: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 (Per Month)
• Technician ‘B’ - Pay Level 3: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (Per Month)

Age Limit : ISRO LPSC Recruitment 2026

• Minimum age is 18 years for all posts.
• Post Nos. 813 to 817 (Technical Assistant, Technician B, Draughtsman B) : Maximum 35 years.
• Post No. 802 (Fireman 'A') : Maximum 25 years.

Qualification : ISRO LPSC Recruitment 2026

1. Technical Assistant (Mechanical)

• First Class 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Technical Assistant (Chemical)

• First Class 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

3. Technician ‘B’ (Electronic Mechanic)

• SSLC/SSC pass + ITI/NTC/NAC in Electronic Mechanic Trade from NCVT.

4. Technician ‘B’ (Fitter)

• SSLC/SSC pass + ITI/NTC/NAC in Fitter Trade from NCVT.

5. Draughtsman ‘B’

• SSLC/SSC pass + ITI/NTC/NAC in Draughtsman (Mechanical) Trade from NCVT.

6. Fireman ‘A’

• SSLC/SSC pass; must satisfy prescribed Physical Fitness and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) standards.

• Refund: Full refund for fee-exempted categories (Female / SC / ST / PWBD / Ex-Servicemen). Others get ₹500 refunded after retaining ₹250.

Selection Process : ISRO LPSC Recruitment 2026

Post Nos. 813 to 817 (Technical Assistant, Technician B, Draughtsman B): 

• Written Test: 90 minutes duration, 80 MCQs (1 mark per correct answer; 0.33 negative marking per wrong answer).
• Skill Test: Purely on 'Go-No-Go' basis (Minimum 1:5 ratio with min 10 candidates). Marks do not count for final merit.
• Pass Criteria (Written / Skill): Unreserved: 32/80 & 50/100; Reserved: 24/80 & 40/100.
• Venue: Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) only.

Post No. 802 (Fireman 'A'):

• Preliminary Medical Examination (PME): Certificate from Assistant Civil Surgeon/equivalent required along with application.
• Written Test: 120 minutes duration, 80 MCQs (1 mark each; 0.25 negative marking) covering Basic Chemistry, LPG, math/geometry, properties of gases/water, basic electricity, General Knowledge.
• PET & DME: Shortlisted candidates (up to 1:50 ratio) undergo Stage-1 and Stage-2 PET ('Go-No-Go' basis), followed by Detailed Medical Examination (DME).
