- Assistant Manager: Basic Pay of Rs.40,000 - Rs.1,400,000 (E-1 Grade) + Allowances, Perks, CPF, Gratuity, LTC, and Performance Related Pay as per CWC policies.
- Junior Executive: Basic Pay of Rs.29,000 - Rs.93,000 (S-V Grade) + applicable allowances and corporation benefits.

- Minimum Age : 18 Years
- Maximum Age : 28 Years for all posts (Candidates should not have been born earlier than 16.11.1998 and later than 15.11.2008).

1. Assistant Manager (General)
- Two years Post Graduation Degree/Post Graduation Diploma in any Discipline. (Experience: NIL)
- B.Tech/B.E. in Agriculture/Food Technology/Food Science/Food Science and Technology/Food Technology Management/Biotechnology/Food Engineering. (Experience: NIL)
- Graduate in Commerce with 3 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounting OR Graduate in any discipline with CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate. (Experience: 3 years for Commerce Graduates; NIL for CA/CMA Inter)
- Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech). (Experience: NIL)
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (B.E/B.Tech). (Experience: NIL)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech). (Experience: NIL)
- Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge in computer applications, MS Office, etc. (Experience: NIL)
