Qualification : Travancore Devaswom Board Recruitment 2026
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics Engineering, OR MCA, OR M.Sc. (Computer Science / Information Technology) from a recognized university obtained through a regular (full-time) course.
- Experience: • Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in software development/IT project delivery. • Of which a minimum of 5 years shall be in the role of Project Manager / Programme Manager / Delivery Manager, leading end-to-end software development projects with a team size of not less than 25 members.
- Desirable Experience: • Experience in implementing ERP systems or large e-Governance projects for Government Departments, PSUs, or statutory bodies. • Professional certification in project management - PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 and/or Agile certification (CSM / SAFE / PMI-ACP). • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git-based workflows. • Working knowledge of financial, revenue, asset, or inventory management processes in public institutions. • Proficiency in Malayalam (reading, writing, and speaking).
