1. Head - Civil Engineering
- First Class Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree in Structural/Construction/Transportation Engineering preferred. Valid professional certifications (Chartered Engineer/PMP/Airport Engineering) a plus.
- Experience: 18 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields within reputed organizations, with significant experience in large infrastructure/airport/aviation projects, managing terminal buildings, pavements, runways, etc., and at least 5 years in a managerial position (Manager or above).
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. M.Tech in Electrical/Power Systems preferred. Energy Management certification (BEE Certified Energy Manager) is a plus.
- Experience: 18 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields (Airports/Metro Rail/Large Infrastructure/SEZ/Industrial Townships), hands-on experience in O&M of 33kV/11kV substations, AGL, SCADA, solar plants, etc., with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- First class Graduate in any discipline with MBA/PGDBM in HR from a reputed institution/University.
- Experience: 18 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields in reputed organizations, minimum 5 years in a managerial HR role, experience handling large workforces (150+ on-roll, 1000+ off-roll), unions/industrial relations, and HR regulatory compliance.
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Information Systems OR First Class MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT). Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNA/CCNP, Azure, AWS, ITIL, PMP desired.
- Experience: 18 years of post-qualification experience in enterprise IT environments, managing mid/big-size IT infrastructure (min 200 users), with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
