Salary Details : Travancore Devaswom Board Recruitment 2026

• Project Manager : ₹1,50,000 to ₹1,80,000 per month (consolidated pay)

Tenure: Two (2) years or until completion of the programme, whichever is earlier; extendable for one further term based on performance and requirement. A 10% increment in remuneration will be granted for the second year, subject to satisfactory performance.

Qualification : Travancore Devaswom Board Recruitment 2026

• Educational Qualification: MCA, M.Tech, or an equivalent recognised postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline. (Qualifications must be from a recognized University/Institute with original/provisional certificates; mark sheets are not accepted).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, including substantial experience in project or programme management. Proven experience delivering enterprise software platforms and cloud-native solutions. Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams of 20 or more members. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and quality. Experience translating business requirements into scalable solutions with measurable outcomes and proven experience managing delivery in Agile environments.
• Desirable Qualifications: • Recognised project management or Agile certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent., • Experience delivering products or platforms incorporating AI capabilities., • Experience in public-sector digital transformation or other regulated environments.
