1. Research Associate
- Masters in Development Studies/Gender Studies/Women’s Studies/Rural Development/Social Work/Sociology.
- Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences/ Humanities/Social Work/ Development Studies
- Support preparation of data collection tools
- Support in conducting various stakeholder meetings
- Analyse the implementation status of Kerala State Transgender Policy and Transgender Rights Act (2019)
- Analyse the data gathered and support in preparation of the draft action plan
- List out schemes, programmes and projects that are implemented by the state government for the purpose of empowering transgender community
- List out challenges faced by Transgender individuals in accessing Education, Health, Employment, and Shelter
- Collect qualitative information from Government/non-governmental organisations
- All other data required for the purpose of preparing the draft action plan as and when required
