a) Grade and Pay Scale: -

• PS–2 : Rs.30000-3%- Rs.120000

b) Monthly Emoluments as on date:-

• Basic pay : Rs.30000
• DA (at present 34.8%) : Rs.10440
• HRA (at present 18%) at Kochi : Rs.5400
• Perks & Allowances (35%) : Rs.10500

Qualification : Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2023

Educational Qualification:

• a) Three years Diploma Course in Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition. OR
• b) Degree with one year Certificate in Industrial/Institutional Food Service Management. OR
• c) Certificate of Graduation equivalency issued by the Armed Forces and Trade Proficiency Certificate in catering/canteen related works from the Armed Forces.

Experience

I. For the educational qualification at Sl. No. a) or b)

Minimum of seven years post qualification experience as Supervisor in canteen/ catering/ banquet management in

• Hotels with 3 star rating and above or
• Public / Private Sector Company or
• Government / Semi-Government establishment or
• Commercial organization or
• Para Military Forces or
• Police Forces.

II. For the educational qualification at Sl. No. c)

Minimum of 15 years experience in service.
