Initially, selected candidates are offered the post of Security Screener (Fresher). Upon successful completion of training, the position changes to Security Screener (Certified) with the following consolidated pay:
- First Year: Rs.30,000/- Fixed (Per Month)
- Second Year: Rs.32,000/- Fixed (Per Month)
- Third Year: Rs.34,000/- Fixed (Per Month)
Stipend for Freshers:
- All provisionally selected freshers will initially receive a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month.
- If a candidate fails the training examinations on the first attempt, the stipend is reduced to Rs. 10,000/-. A second failure results in termination.
- The 3-year contract begins only after passing all certification examinations.
- TA/DA: Equivalent to three-tier AC rail fare for tours.
- Leaves: 18 Privilege Leaves, 12 Half Pay Leaves, 9 Casual Leaves, and 2 Restricted Holidays per year.
- Medical Insurance: Reimbursement up to Rs. 10,000/- per annum for self and dependent family.
- PF & Gratuity: As per prevailing acts.
- Security Screener : should not be more than 27 Years.
- General/OBC/EWS : 27 years (as on 01-05-2026)
- SC/ST : 05 years relaxation (max 32 years)
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) : 03 years relaxation (max 30 years)
- Ex-Serviceman : 05 years relaxation (max 32 years)
Qualification : AAICLAS Recruitment 2026
- Essential Qualification: Graduation from any recognized Board/University/ Institution, with minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.
- Graduation Marks: Candidates must enter the percentage of marks in numeric form only (e.g., 60, 70, 80) and not in CGPA grade.
- Languages: Ability to read/speak English, Hindi and/or conversant with local language.
- Job Profile: Screening of Cargo & In-line Hold Baggage and other Security functions at Airport & Cargo Complexes.

1. What is the educational eligibility and age limit for this position?
- Candidates must be graduates from a recognized institution with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates).
- As of May 1, 2026, candidates should not be older than 27 years.
- Age relaxations apply: 5 years for SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen, and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer).
- During the initial training/fresher period, candidates receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000.
- After successfully passing all certification exams, the 3-year contract begins with a fixed monthly pay of Rs. 30,000 in the first year, Rs. 32,000 in the second year, and Rs. 34,000 in the third year.
- Candidates are allowed a maximum of two attempts to qualify for the required security certifications.
- If you fail the first attempt, your monthly stipend is reduced from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 10,000.
- Failure on the second attempt will lead to the termination of your fixed-term contract without further notice.
- Surety Bond: Selected candidates must sign a notarized surety bond of Rs. 1,50,000 to serve for the full 3-year contract period after training.
- Notice Period: A minimum notice period of 3 months is required for resignation.
- If you resign with immediate effect, you must deposit 3 months' salary and will not receive an experience letter.
