1. Mid Level Service Provider (MLSP)
- BSc. Nursing with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council Registration Certificate. OR
- GNM with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council Registration Certificate.
- Experience: Minimum one year post-qualification experience.
- Degree in any subject and PG Diploma in Clinical Child Development. OR
- Diploma in Clinical Child Development.
- Desirable: One year in a newborn follow-up clinic.

The age limit for both posts requires that candidates must not exceed 40 years of age as of May 1, 2026. The required qualifications are:
- Mid Level Service Provider (MLSP): You need either a B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification, a valid registration certificate from the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council, and a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience.
- Development Therapist (Anuyathra): You need a Degree in any subject alongside a PG Diploma in Clinical Child Development, OR a Diploma in Clinical Child Development. One year of experience in a newborn follow-up clinic is desirable but not mandatory.
- The selection will be based on your qualifications, experience, and performance in a Written Exam and/or Interview. However, you will only be permitted to write the exam or attend the interview after your certificates have been successfully verified and you are deemed qualified according to the notification rules. Additionally, interviews will only be held for candidates who successfully pass the written examination.
- All official communications—including notifications for certificate verification dates, exam timings, and interview schedules—will be sent directly from the recruitment office to your personal email ID via [email protected]. Shortlists and final rank lists will also be published publicly on the official Arogyakeralam website (www.arogyakeralam.gov.in).
- No, these positions are strictly temporary and on a contract basis for the duration of the Mission's operations. Joining does not give candidates any future claim for job permanency or labor claims against the government. If selected, you must be willing to work at any health institution within the Malappuram District, as determined by the Society.
