Salary Details : CISF Recruitment 2026

• ASI Para Medical Staff : Pay Level-5, 7th CPC (Rs.29,200 – Rs.92,300)

Age Limit : CISF Recruitment 2026

• Between 18 to 28 Years (Applicable for ASI Pharmacist, ASI X-Ray Technician, and ASI Lab Technician).
• The crucial cut-off date for determining age limit will be the closing date for receipt of online application from the candidates i.e. 07/07/2026.
• In addition to the above, upper age is further relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST and 03 years in respect of OBC candidates as per Govt orders issued from time to time.
• The upper age limit for Departmental candidates of Central Government is 40 years for General, EWS and OBC candidates and 45 Years for SC/ST candidates, provided they have rendered minimum 03 years continuous service, completed their probation period satisfactorily, maintained a punishment free record and have minimum annual grading of above "Average" during the entire service.

Qualification : CISF Recruitment 2026

1. ASI (Pharmacist)

• Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.
• Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy granted by an institution recognized by the Central or State Government.
• Should be registered as a "PHARMACIST" under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

2. ASI (X-Ray Technician)

• Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.
• 02 years Diploma in Radiography from an institution recognized by Central or State Government.

3. ASI (Lab Technician)

• Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board or University with Science.
• 02 years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from an institution recognized by any Central or State Government.

Note: Educational certificate other than State Board/Central Board should be accompanied with Government of India notification declaring that such qualification is equivalent to Metric/10th class pass or 10+2 for service under Central Government.

Medical Standards:

• The shortlisted candidates will be medically examined by the Medical Boards to assess their Physical and Medical fitness.
• Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standard. Weight will be recorded at the time of physical measurements but the decision on fitness on account of weight will be taken at the time of Medical Examination.
• The candidate must not have knock knees, flat foot, varicose vein and squint in eyes. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
• Tattoos: Permitted if they depict religious symbols/figures/names as followed in the Indian Army. Must be on traditional sites (like inner aspect of the left forearm or dorsum of the hands) and size must be less than 1/4 of the particular body part.
