Qualification : SCDD Kerala Recruitment 2026

1. State Programme Manager
  • Master's Degree in Social Work / Public Administration / Rural Development / Management / Economics or any other recognized discipline from a recognized University. (Ph.D. in a relevant field is desirable).
  • Mandatory: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior programme management/leadership roles in a PMU, PSU, Government Department, Government-supported institution, or development sector organisation. Must have experience leading State-level programmes, project planning, budgeting, evaluation, implementation, monitoring & stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.
  • Preference to SC category candidates, with priority given to Particularly Vulnerable Scheduled Caste communities (Vedan, Nayadi, Kalladi, and Chakkilian).
2. Coordinators (State Level)
  • Master's Degree in Social Work / Development / Public Administration / Rural Development / Management / Economics or any other recognized discipline from a recognized University.
  • Mandatory: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating and monitoring Government/development programmes, including project planning, budgeting, proposal development, reporting, and liaison with Government Departments and stakeholders. Experience in a PMU, PSU, Government Department, or Government-supported institution is desirable.
3. District Coordinators
  • Master's Degree in Social Work / Development / Arts / Commerce / Management (any discipline).
  • Mandatory: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in field-level implementation of development programmes, community mobilisation, beneficiary facilitation, coordination with Government Departments and local stakeholders, data collection, documentation, reporting, and project support.
