1. Executive (HR)-(E1) / Asst. Executive (HR)-(E0)
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Full-time regular MBA or its equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university/institute with HR as one of the specializations. Degree in Law is desirable.
- Minimum Job Experience: For Executive (HR): Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in various aspects of HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations in PSUs or large private companies with a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 200 crores. Private sector candidates must have a present CTC of minimum Rs. 7.00 lakhs per annum . For Asst. Executive (HR): Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in various aspects of HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations in PSUs or large private companies with a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 200 crores. Private sector candidates must have a present CTC of minimum Rs. 5.50 lakhs per annum .
- Essential Educational Qualification: CA / CMA (ICWAI) OR Full-time regular MBA (or equivalent) with Finance specialization and minimum 60% marks.
- Minimum Job Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience handling IND AS Financial statements / GST compliances / IT compliances in a large public/private sector organization of repute. Articleship / Industrial training will not be counted.
- Educational Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in any branch of Engineering .
- Minimum Job Experience: Regular GM (O&M): Minimum 20 years post-qualification experience in Operations/Construction/Maintenance (minimum 15 years in executive/managerial cadre)., Deputation/Re-employment: Specific criteria for serving/retired IRTS / IRSSE / IRSEE / IRSME / IRSE officers of Indian Railways or Metro Rail Corporations.
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering .
- Minimum Job Experience: Minimum 20 years post-qualification experience (minimum 15 years in executive/managerial cadre) in S&T departments of Railways/Metros. Private sector candidates require a present CTC of at least Rs. 2.25 lakhs per month.
