Salary Details : PFRDA Recruitment 2026
- Pay Scale: ₹62,500 – 3,600(4) – 76,900 – 4,050(7) – 105,250 – EB – 4,050(4) – 121,450 – 4,650(1) – 126,100 (17 years).
- Gross Emoluments: Approx. ₹2,05,000/- per month at minimum of scale (includes Grade, Special, Local, Learning, Housing Allowances, DA, and NPS contribution).
- Postings: New Delhi, Mumbai, or anywhere in India based on requirements.
- Maximum Age: 30 years (Candidate must be born on or after August 1, 1996).
- SC/ST: Upper age limit relaxable by 5 years.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Upper age limit relaxable by 3 years.
- PwBD: General: 10 years., OBC: 13 years., SC/ST: 15 years.
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years.

Qualification : PFRDA Recruitment 2026
1. General Stream
- Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma (minimum 2 years' duration) in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA from ICAI), Company Secretary (ACS/FCS from ICSI), Cost Accountant (ACMA/FCMA from ICMAI), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA from CFA Institute).
- Master’s Degree / PG Diploma (minimum 2 years' duration) in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Econometrics, Quantitative/Financial/Mathematical/Business/Agricultural/Industrial Economics, or Business Analytics.
- Master’s Degree / PG Diploma (minimum 2 years' duration) in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Mathematical Finance, Quantitative Techniques, International Finance, Business Finance, Project & Infrastructure Finance, or Agri-Business Finance.
- Master’s Degree / PG Diploma (minimum 2 years' duration) in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Statistics & Informatics, Applied Statistics & Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Big Data Analytics.
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics combined with a 1-year PG Diploma in Statistics or related disciplines.
- Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute AND
- Pass or exemption in all 7 "Core Principles" subjects of the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) Examination.
- Master’s Degree in Hindi or Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level.
- Master’s Degree in Sanskrit, English, Economics, or Commerce with Hindi as a subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level.
- Master’s Degree in both English and Hindi / Hindi Translation.
- Computer Skills: Candidates across all streams must be computer literate and conversant with MS-Office applications (specifically Word and Excel).
- Final Year Candidates: Candidates awaiting final examination results may apply, provided they submit proof of passing the qualifying degree before joining.

Selection Process : PFRDA Recruitment 2026
The selection procedure comprises a three-stage process:
Phase I: Online Screening Examination
- Paper 1 (All Streams): Multiple-choice questions covering English Language (25 Marks, 20 Qs), Quantitative Aptitude (25 Marks, 20 Qs), Test of Reasoning (25 Marks, 30 Qs), General Awareness with focus on Financial Sector (25 Marks, 20 Qs). Total: 100 Marks, 90 Qs. Duration: 60 Minutes.
- Paper 2 (General Stream): Multiple-choice questions on Commerce, Accountancy, Management, Finance, Costing, Companies Act, Economics, Pension Sector, AI, Media, Marketing & Communication (100 Marks, 50 Qs). Duration: 40 Minutes.
- Paper 2 (Research, Actuary, Rajbhasha): MCQs on Specialized Subject related to the stream (100 Marks, 50 Qs). Duration: 40 Minutes.
Negative Marking: 1/4 of assigned marks.
Shortlisting: Aggregate and separate cut-offs apply; Phase I marks are screening-only and will not count towards final selection.
Phase II: Online Examination
- Paper 1 (All Streams): English Descriptive Test (Drafting Skills) (100 Marks, 3 Questions). Duration: 60 Minutes. Weightage: 1/3
- Paper 2 (Stream Specific): Specialized Subject MCQs (100 Marks, 50 Questions). Duration: 40 Minutes. Weightage: 2/3
Shortlisting for Phase III: Candidates equaling 5 times the number of vacancies in order of merit will be called for interview.
Phase III: Interview
Language: Candidates may opt for English or Hindi.
