1. IFC Anchor:
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Science or Diploma in Agriculture / Allied Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in agriculture or agriculture-based livelihoods. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Extension and Marketing.
- Alternative Qualification: Candidates with VHSC (Agriculture) degree/qualification will also be considered if they possess at least 2 years of work experience in the agriculture sector.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience as Krishi Sakhi, Pasu Sakhi, or Agri CRP.
- Preference: Candidates who have completed CRP training will receive preference.
