Salary Details : HPCL Recruitment 2026
- Graduate Apprentice Trainee : Rs.25,000/- for Engineering Graduates. (Rs. 20,500 will be paid by HPCL & Rs. 4,500 will be directly paid to apprentices by GOI as per DBT scheme).

- The online application portal opens on July 15, 2026, and the last date to submit the application is July 31, 2026.
- Selected candidates will receive a total monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000. Out of this, HPCL pays Rs. 20,500 directly, and Rs. 4,500 is paid by the Government of India via the DBT scheme.

- No. Candidates are allowed to select only one preferred State of Training from the dropdown list. Submitting multiple applications will lead to rejection.
- Applications are initially screened based on engineering merit marks. Shortlisted candidates are called for document verification in a 1:5 ratio relative to the slots available. The final engagement list is prepared based on the merit of those successfully verified.
- Yes. While permanent employment is not guaranteed, completing this apprenticeship gives you a relaxation in the regular recruitment process: an age relaxation equal to your training duration (up to 1 year) and an additional 5% bonus marks added to your Computer Based Test (CBT) score.
